Position : President – Supply Chain Management (Pharmaceuticals)

Location : Delhi NCR

  • A leading pharmaceutical organization is seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to head its end-to-end Supply Chain function.
  • The role will drive strategic initiatives across procurement, planning, warehousing, logistics, and distribution for multiple manufacturing facilities.
  • The incumbent will ensure seamless coordination across domestic and export operations while focusing on cost optimization, process excellence, and business continuity.
  • The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in managing large-scale SCM operations within the pharmaceutical or CDMO environment, with strong exposure to raw material sourcing, packaging, and formulation logistics.
  • This role requires exceptional leadership capability to guide cross-functional teams and build high-performance, future-ready supply chains.

Must Haves :

  • 18+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management within the pharma or CDMO industry.
  • Proven success in leading multi-plant SCM operations, driving efficiency and strategic growth.
  • Proficiency in SAP and digital SCM tools, with strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
