Junior Architect

Primary Responsibilities :

Preparation of option sheets along with area and layout details based on the client’s inquiry.

Independently handling the preliminary client site inspections.

Make municipal, working, and interior drawings, doing CAD conversions & handling sites.

Client co-ordination & practicing joint measurements of sites.

Office test fitout layouts & coordination with internal PM / Ops team and client’s architect.

Preparation and maintaining area statements and Lease Outline Document (LODs) of all the units of the assets.

Making real-time changes on the plans of various units to arrive at plausible solutions from unit’s divisibility, amalgamation, and expansion standpoint.

Provide the best possible solutions to the customers related to layout design.

Monitoring sites to highlight the details in the most meticulous fashion.

Preparation of detailed design and service drawings & documents as per local & preferably even international standards.

Preparation of architectural drawing for approval and construction using AutoCAD.

Coordinating with the specialists for mechanical / electrical & structural drawings.

Adherence to the CAD manual & Quality manual and procedures.

Deliver the role in alignment with the Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) framework, including Health and Safety (EHS).

Educational Qualification :

Graduate in Architecture

Work Experience :

5 to 7 years of relevant experience

Service / business Line – Commercial office space

Skills Required :

Diploma / Certification in Cad Point

Adequate analytical & presentation skills

Articulate, Street-smart, Pro-active, confident, and good interpersonal skills.

Hands on with MS Office (word, excel & power point).

Good Business Development Skills.

Strong communication / language skills
