Job Details :
Process : Inbound Calling (No sales, upselling, or cross-selling)
Experience Required : 1+ years in Voice Process
Shift : Rotational shifts and rotational offs
Work Location : HCLTech, Noida Sector 144
Note : Candidates must reside within 35 km of the office
Responsibilities :
Handle client queries via voice and written communication
Provide accurate information about products, services, and accounts
Manage multiple queries simultaneously
Use workflow tools and internal systems effectively
Collaborate with internal teams for resolution
Maintain high service levels and quality standards

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Problem-solving mindset
Ability to multitask and work independently or in a team
Minimum qualification : 12th pass
