Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced SAP ADM Manager with strong expertise in SAP operations and ticket resolution. This is not a technical development role , but rather an operational position focused on managing SAP tickets, ensuring smooth system operations, and collaborating with business and technical teams to resolve issues effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage SAP ticket resolution process, ensuring timely and effective closure of issues.
- Act as the primary point of contact for operational SAP support.
- Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to track, prioritize, and resolve SAP-related incidents.
- Monitor and maintain SAP system performance and operational stability.
- Ensure compliance with established SLAs and escalation procedures.
- Provide regular status reports and updates to management.
- Support audits and documentation related to SAP operations.
Requirements
Minimum of 10 years of experience in SAP operations and ticket management.Strong understanding of SAP functional processes and incident management.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams and vendors.Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.Prior experience in a managerial / lead operational role within SAP environments.Additional Details
