Delivery Manager - Salesforce

Lead the planning and implementation of Salesforce projects.

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties / vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
• Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress.
• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs.
• Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
• Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project.
• Delegate project tasks based on junior staff members' individual strengths, skill sets, and experience levels.
• Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
• Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members.
• Use and continually develop leadership Bachelor's / Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Salesforce Delivery Manager or in a similar role.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
• Extensive experience with Salesforce and related technologies.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
