The coordinator will play an important role in ensuring smooth project execution, client communication, and operational excellence across all engagements.

Key Responsibilities

• Client coordination : Scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, maintaining action trackers, sending follow ups.
• Working with freelancers : Sharing briefs, collecting updates, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Content and publishing support : Formatting and posting approved content on LinkedIn or other channels.
• Project organization : Maintaining folders, files, calendars, and weekly status updates.
• Reporting : Preparing simple documents or decks based on guidance.
• Research and task management : Gathering basic information, organizing data, and keeping projects moving.
