Description
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our CEO. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in an administrative role, providing high-level support and ensuring the smooth operation of the CEO's office.
Responsibilities
- Manage the CEO's schedule and appointments effectively.
- Prepare and organize documents for meetings and presentations.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights and accommodations.
- Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls, on behalf of the CEO.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for stakeholders.
- Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in all interactions and communications.
- Support various projects and initiatives as required by the CEO.
Skills and Qualifications
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.Familiarity with project management tools and software is a plus.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.Skills Required
