Machine Learning Engineer - LLM

Responsibilities :

• Take full ownership of ML projects from conception to delivery.
• Collaborate across product, research, and engineering teams to solve technical challenges.
• Build, train, evaluate, deploy, and monitor models in production.
• Work with LLM tools and techniques, including prompt engineering.
• Apply NLP and CV frameworks such as PyTorch, NLTK, spaCy, etc.
• Contribute to improving data pipelines, model optimization, and scalability.
• Continuously research and implement cutting-edge AI advancements.
• Ensure models meet performance, accuracy, and ethical :
• 1-2 years of hands-on experience building ML / DL models, especially using LLMs.
• Strong coding and problem-solving aptitude with autonomy and initiative.
• Team-player mindset with cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficiency in Python and familiarity with ML frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Understanding of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation metrics.
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field.
