Description

The Disclosure Team Analyst plays a pivotal role in our dynamic and adaptive workforce, contributing to the organization&aposs resilience and agility. The Disclosure Team focuses on sending out timely Loan estimates to the borrower and various workflows to enable seamless support for the closing team. Our focus is to generate accurate and timely disclosures and documents and ability to understand regulatory requirements and impacts

Responsibilities

  • Our core responsibility is to prepare Loan Estimates and confirm fees and pricing are accurate
  • Respond promptly to urgent requests received through different paths so that we can avoid delays
  • Implement company processes during the disclosure process for the highest level of customer service
  • While performing the duties of this position, the employee will view, have access to, and work with confidential financial data
  • The employee in this position must adhere to strict confidentiality policies and procedures
  • Must be detail oriented and maintain accuracy
  • Must have a strong sense of urgency and initiative to get things done
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external clients
  • Prepare revised disclosures according to TRID guidelines Provide operational support to Closing team mainly
  • Effectively communicate with team members, leaders, and stakeholders to understand and fulfill temporary assignments If required
  • Share insights and lessons learned to facilitate continuous improvement within the team
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of cross-training experiences, creating a knowledge repository for the Disclosure Team
  • Demonstrate effective time management skills to balance assignments across different teams
  • Actively engage in continuous learning and cross-training across diverse workflows within the organization
  • Maintain flexibility in availability to address urgent needs, ensuring timely response and support

    • Basic Qualifications / Skill Sets

  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor&aposs degree in a related field is a plus
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in mortgage funding, loan processing, or a related role
  • Understanding of mortgage loan documentation, terms, and regulatory guidelines are preferred
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new tasks, technologies, and work environments
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic team setting
  • Prior experience in cross-functional roles or demonstrated ability to learn quickly across different domains
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
