Role Overview -

A Marketing Professional with 5-7 Years of experience in SEO, performance marketing, lead generation, social media Marketing and full-spectrum marketing expertise from the real estate domain. Skilled at planning and executing end-to-end marketing strategies, managing digital campaigns to drive ROI, and optimizing lead funnels. With a strong analytical mindset, track and refine campaign performance, leveraging data to align marketing efforts with business goals. Expertise should ensure seamless integration of budget management, and performance-driven initiatives to boost conversions and business growth. Collaboration with sales and stakeholders is key to delivering impactful results.

Key ResponsibilitiesStrategy Development :

Design and implement end-to-end marketing strategies to drive lead generation, and business growth.SEO and Performance Marketing :

Optimize website visibility through SEO techniques and manage digital campaigns to achieve high ROI.Lead Management :

Develop and maintain effective lead generation funnels, ensuring quality leads are delivered to sales teams.Analytics and Reporting :

Monitor campaign performance using data-driven insights, track KPIs, and refine strategies to improve outcomes.Budget Management :

Allocate and optimize marketing budgets across channels for maximum efficiency and impact.Collaboration :

Work closely with sales, creative, and content teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.Market Research :

Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for differentiation.

QualificationsBachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).5-7 Years of proven experience in real estate.Hands-on expertise in SEO, performance marketing, lead generation, and campaign management.Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and CRM platforms.Strong understanding of SEO tools and website optimization techniques.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.Ability to work collaboratively with sales and cross-functional teams.In-depth understanding of real estate trends, terminologies, compliance, buyer behavior, and market dynamics.Knowledge of real estate platforms and advertising channels.
