Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee the end-to-end execution of office fit-out and interior projects. The role requires strong leadership, client management, and execution capabilities to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards .

Key Responsibilities

• Lead multiple fit-out projects from mobilization to handover, ensuring schedule, budget, and quality objectives are met.
• Review and validate architectural & interior drawings, BOQs, and specifications to ensure design intent is maintained during execution.
• Coordinate with design, procurement, site, and vendor teams to ensure seamless project workflow.
• Monitor on-site progress, quality control, and safety compliance .
• Manage vendors, contractors, and subcontractors ; ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Identify project risks, bottlenecks, and challenges , and implement proactive mitigation strategies.
• Conduct regular client updates and stakeholder communication , maintaining high client satisfaction.
• Prepare project reports, status updates, and documentation for internal and client purposes.
• Mentor and guide project managers and site engineers , ensuring efficient team performance.
