CNC Programmer Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented CNC programmer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and optimizing CNC programs for coding and designing for clients.

This role requires strong knowledge of generating G-code, CAD / CAM software, tooling, and machining processes to ensure precision, efficiency, and quality in production.

The responsibilities include developing, writing, and testing CNC programs for various machines, interpreting technical drawings and blueprints, selecting cutting tools, speeds, feeds, and machining strategies, and collaborating with machinists and engineers to troubleshoot and refine processes.

• Develop, write, and test CNC programs for sawjet, CNC polisher, mills, lathes.
• Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD models to determine machining requirements.
• Select appropriate cutting tools, speeds, feeds, and machining strategies.
• Optimize existing programs for efficiency, accuracy, and cycle time reduction.

Key Responsibilities :

The successful candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, be able to work independently, and have strong communication skills. They will also be responsible for maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry developments and implementing best practices.
