Key Role & Responsibilities :
Lead – Total Rewards
- Lead the design, development, and execution of compensation, benefits, and performance Management strategy, encompassing role evaluation, job architecture, performance management, and pay structures.
- Build and implement reward solutions across Piramal's financial services businesses, including short- and long-term incentive plans (STI / LTI), fixed / variable pay structures, market benchmarking, and compensation analytics.
- Ensure robust benchmarking and competitiveness of compensation structures by partnering with external consultants for surveys, market assessments, and compensation advisory.
- Manage the end-to-end LTI / ESOP process, including program design, execution, and resolution of internal queries.
- Manage the performance management process ensuring process standardization, and adherence to timelines for critical sub-processes such as goal-setting, mid year & end year reviews.
- Develop and maintain competency models and oversee role analysis, evaluation, and job levelling for new positions, promotions, and organizational changes.
- Oversee the design, governance, and administration of benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives, ensuring competitiveness and employee well-being.
Qualification : MBA HR
Experience : 10+ years of experience managing Total Rewards
Skills & Competencies :
