• Oversee and manage all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, accounting, and statutory compliance.
• Develop and execute financial strategies to support hospital growth and sustainability.
• Monitor revenue cycles, patient billing systems, and cost control measures.
• Ensure timely audits, tax filings, and adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with the management team to support strategic planning and business decisions.
• Lead financial risk management, capital planning, and performance reporting.
