The Role : We are looking for a

Performance Marketing Specialist

with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience. You will be responsible for managing campaigns end-to-end, ensuring performance goals are met, and contributing directly to client growth.

Key Responsibilities :

Plan, launch, and optimise campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads

Manage budgets effectively to achieve ROAS, CPA, and CPL targets

Build structured campaigns and run A / B tests on creatives, copy, and landing pages

Analyse data and prepare performance reports with actionable insights

Collaborate with design and strategy teams to align campaigns with business goals

Stay updated on platform changes, tools, and performance marketing trends

Requirements : Minimum

2 years of experience

in performance marketing

Proven track record of managing ROI-positive campaigns

Strong knowledge of tracking, attribution, and audience segmentation

Analytical skills with the ability to turn data into strategy

Experience with SaaS, D2C, or education brands is a plus
