About GrowthBuddy

  • We are a UK-based company that matches the finest remote talent with startups based in the UK, Europe and the US. As part of this, we find and interview remote talent worldwide and introduce them to businesses. We work with start-ups and agencies in various segments;

some of our current customers specialise in marketing, fintech and SaaS services.

Role type

Full-time and fully remote (4pm - 1am IST)

Salary range

₹12L - ₹17L per year

What you'll be doing

  • Owning paid social campaigns from the "here's what we should do" stage all the way through to "look at these results" across Meta, TikTok and beyond
  • Managing real budgets and running the kind of tests that actually tell you something useful about what makes people click, convert, and come back for more
  • Building custom audiences and lookalikes that feel like you've got a direct line to exactly who needs to see these ads
  • Living in the metrics (CPC, CPA, CTR, ROAS) and using what they're telling you to make smart calls on where to spend more and where to switch things up
  • Partnering with creative teams to turn ideas into ads that make people stop mid-scroll and actually do something
  • Translating campaign data into reports that clients actually want to read – showing wins, opportunities, and what's next in a way that makes sense
  • Getting into the technical weeds (pixels, tracking, bidding strategies) because you know that's where the magic happens between average campaigns and the ones that really deliver
  • Staying sharp on platform updates and new features so you're always ahead of what's working right now

    • Who you are

  • Have 3+ years running paid social campaigns and can navigate Meta Ads Manager like you built it yourself
  • Love the detective work of digging into data, spotting patterns, and figuring out your next winning move
  • Can explain what's happening in a campaign to anyone – from the person who lives and breathes performance marketing to the one who just wants to know if it's working
  • Stay cool when priorities shift and see problems as the interesting kind of challenge rather than the stressful kind
  • Think differently when the standard playbook isn't cutting it, and get that little buzz when you spot something in the data that changes everything
  • Actually read those platform update emails because you're curious about what's new and how to use it to your advantage
  • Thrive in agency life – the variety, the pace, the fact that Monday looks nothing like Wednesday, and you're working across brands that keep things interesting

    • Bonus points for

  • Time spent running TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Reddit Ads or Snapchat Ads where you've delivered results worth celebrating
  • Experience with e-commerce brands
  • Using tools like Google Analytics or Atria
  • Know-how with CRM integrations and turning customer data into targeting that feels personal
