Job description5+ years of professional experience in graphic design and video editing (agency, brand, or freelance). Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Figma, or CapCut . Experience with AI-powered tools like MidJourney, Runway, Pika, HeyGen, or Stable Diffusion (or strong willingness to learn). Strong sense of composition, typography, color, pacing, and sound design . Proven ability to design and edit ads, social media creatives, and branding content . Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working efficiently during night shift hours . Experience in performance marketing creatives (e-commerce, DTC brands). Knowledge of platform-specific trends (TikTok hooks, Meta ad formats, Amazon A+ visuals, YouTube storytelling). Sound design and motion animation (Lottie, Canva Animations, etc.). About the Role
We’re seeking a multitalented Creative Designer with a strong grasp of graphic design, video editing, and motion graphics — someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is excited by the possibilities of AI in content creation.
You’ll design and edit ads, social media content, brand visuals, and video campaigns , using both traditional tools and next-generation AI platforms. This role operates during the night shift to serve our global client base.
If you love visual storytelling, have a keen sense of pacing and aesthetics, and are passionate about pushing creative boundaries with AI — this role is for you.
Responsibilities
- Design and edit performance-driven ad creatives and videos for Amazon, TikTok, Meta, YouTube, and other platforms.
- Use traditional tools and AI platforms (MidJourney, Runway, Pika, HeyGen, Stable Diffusion, etc.) to generate content rapidly.
- Create dynamic short-form videos , reels, and motion graphics alongside static and animated ad creatives.
- Develop brand visuals, campaign assets, and landing page graphics aligned with client objectives.
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to deliver cohesive storytelling and visual impact across campaigns.
- Maintain high quality and fast turnaround times while working independently.
