Title : SAP Release Manager (PMO)

Work Mode : Remote

Role Overview

We are looking for a Release Manager with strong experience in SAP ecosystems and proven expertise in PMO and ServiceNow processes. The ideal candidate will serve as the methodological and operational focal point for release planning, coordination, and governance activities. This role requires a combination of technical understanding, project management discipline, and the ability to collaborate across multiple teams and stakeholders.

Profile Requirement Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate release planning and execution across multiple SAP projects.
  • Manage onboarding processes for internal teams, external consultants, and key business users.
  • Support Design Authority sessions, ensuring documentation and governance standards are met.
  • Build, automate, and maintain Power BI dashboards and KPI reports for release and PMO tracking.
  • Extract, consolidate, and analyze data from Jira, ServiceNow, and SAP Solution Manager (SolMan).
  • Provide training support and facilitate cross-team communication and alignment.
  • Act as a methodology expert, driving adoption of best practices, BPMN standards, and PMO templates.

Minimum Technical Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in Release Management, with strong exposure to SAP environments (preferably SAP Solution Manager / SolMan).
  • Solid understanding of ServiceNow in Release and Change Management processes.
  • Proven knowledge of PMO frameworks, project lifecycle governance, and quality gates.
  • Strong command of Jira and Confluence for project tracking and documentation.
  • Hands-on experience with Power BI (dashboard creation, data modeling, KPI reporting).

  • Acts as a trusted right hand to the PMO Lead, capable of taking ownership of delegated initiatives.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders.
