Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of marine propulsion systems, fuel injection technologies, engine cooling systems, and IMO compliance. Engine Brands: Familiarity with leading marine engine brands such as Perkins, Cummins, Caterpillar, Yanmar, Kirloskar, and Mahindra. Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Mobility: Willingness to travel as required for client visits, vessel inspections, and industry events.

Job Description
We are hiring an experienced Sales Engineer for Generator Sales to support our growing operations in Qatar. The role involves sales of diesel generator sets and spare parts, handling key accounts, and driving business growth through strategic sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement focused sales strategies for Perkins, Cummins, Kirloskar, and Mahindra diesel generator sets
• Identify and generate qualified leads, prepare technical and commercial proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals
• Achieve assigned sales targets through effective planning and customer engagement
• Represent the company at industry exhibitions, trade shows, and client meetings
• Handle sales of genuine and OEM diesel and gas generator spare parts
• Advise customers on spare part compatibility, applications, and availability
• Coordinate with after-sales and service teams to ensure smooth execution and high customer satisfaction
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders
Salary-74000 INR per month
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience in diesel generator sales
- Proven experience handling Perkins, Cummins, Kirloskar, and Mahindra generator brands
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Power Engineering preferred
- Strong technical knowledge of diesel generators, control systems, performance parameters, and maintenance
- Good understanding of genuine and OEM spare parts, sourcing, and lifecycle
- Strong negotiation, communication, and consultative selling skills
- Ability to meet consistently or exceed sales targets
