Head of Financial Accounting

Role & Responsibilities :

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, and oversee the month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Develop and manage the company's budget, forecast future financial performance, and conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
• Work with management to understand the true cost of producing engineering products, analyze resource allocation, and provide strategic recommendations to improve efficiency and profitability.
• Ensure the company complies with all relevant financial regulations and maintain a strong system of internal controls to safeguard assets.
• Lead the accounting and finance team, provide financial guidance to support strategic decision-making, and work closely with other departments like sales and operations.
• Coordinate with banks, financial institutions, and auditors to ensure smooth financial operations.
