Job Summary
The General Manager will lead overall business operations for Heavy Commercial Vehicles (HCV), Light Commercial Vehicles (LCV), and Service divisions. This role involves strategic planning, revenue growth, and operational excellence across multiple business verticals.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership for HCV, LCV, and Service operations.
- Develop and implement business plans to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
- Oversee sales teams, service workshops, and dealer networks.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Ensure high standards of service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Lead cross-functional teams to achieve organizational objectives.
- Report business performance to senior management and recommend improvements.
Requirements
- Graduate / MBA with 5+ years of experience in automobile industry, preferably in HCV / LCV sales and service.
- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills.
- Proven experience in managing large teams and multi-vertical operations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management abilities.
- Ability to drive business growth and operational efficiency.
