Role Overview :

We are seeking a visionary and hands-on Head of Digital Transformation to lead enterprise-wide transformation initiatives with a strong focus on AI / ML-driven innovation. The ideal candidate should have started their career as a Java Developer, evolved through application development leadership roles, and now drives strategic digital change across large-scale Responsibilities :

  • Strategic Leadership :
  • Define and execute the digital transformation roadmap aligned with business goals.
  • Champion AI / ML initiatives to drive operational efficiency, customer experience, and revenue growth.

AI / ML Transformation :

  • Lead end-to-end AI / ML projects from ideation to deployment.
  • Collaborate with data science and engineering teams to build scalable models and platforms.
  • Technology & Application Development :
  • Oversee modernization of legacy systems and integration of emerging technologies.
  • Ensure robust architecture and agile delivery practices across application development.

    • Business & Stakeholder Management :

  • Manage transformation programs impacting $80M+ in business value.
  • Engage with C-level stakeholders to align digital initiatives with strategic priorities.

    • Team Leadership :

  • Lead and mentor large, diverse teams including developers, Leads, Managers, General Manager Service Delivery and change agents.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, agility, and continuous :
  • Bachelors / Masters in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 15+ years of experience in IT / digital roles, with at least 5 years in transformation leadership.
  • Proven track record in delivering AI / ML transformation projects.
  • Strong foundation in Java and application development.
  • Experience managing large-scale teams and :
  • Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Familiarity with DevOps, microservices, and enterprise architecture.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and change leadership skills.
