Job description

Job Description :

  • Conducting regular payroll audits and ensuring compliance with Indian labour laws, tax regulations and statutory requirements.
  • Manages talent acquisition process, including sourcing, testing, interviewing and hiring.
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, Manpower planning, Budget preparation.
  • Create a culture of Employee engagement, wellbeing, collaboration and teamwork.
  • Oversee and manage a performance management / appraisal system that drives high performance.

Qualifications & Requirements :

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5-8 years of progressive HR experience, preferably with exposure to both strategic and operational roles.
  • In-depth knowledge of labour laws, statutory compliance, and HR best practices in India.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Proficiency in HRMS / HRIS tools, MS Office, and payroll software.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
