Kumaraguru School of Business (KSB), a premier B-School under Kumaraguru Institutions, is looking for a dynamic and proactive Assistant Manager / Executive – Office Administration to manage the day-to-day operations of the School office. This role is critical in ensuring smooth academic and administrative functions by acting as a key liaison between faculty, students, university, and internal departments.
Key Responsibilities :
- Principal Office Administration : Oversee day-to-day administrative operations of the School office and provide executive support to the Head of the Institution.
- University Coordination : Handle all official communication and compliance-related documentation with Bharathiar University.
- Examination Cell Operations : Manage internal and university examination processes, schedule coordination, and record maintenance.
- Guest Engagement : Facilitate seamless guest reception, hospitality, and logistics for visitors, including industry experts, academic leaders, and dignitaries.
- Departmental Coordination : Serve as a bridge between the KSB office and Finance, HR, and Trust Office for seamless administrative processing.
- Student Support : Address academic, documentation, and administrative queries raised by students; provide timely resolutions and maintain student records.
- Faculty Support : Assist faculty members in academic scheduling, documentation, resource allocation, and other operational requirements.
- Admission Support : Provide backend and frontline assistance during admission cycles, including documentation, data entry, follow-ups, and coordination.
Qualifications & Skills :
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.5 years of experience in educational administration or office coordination roles.Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); ERP or student information systems knowledge is a plus.Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced academic environment.
