Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Project Manager to lead and oversee projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects within scope, budget, and timeline while ensuring alignment with business objectives. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to effectively manage teams, stakeholders, and project risks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with business goals.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budgets.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to execute projects effectively.
  • Monitor and track project progress, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations through regular status reports and meetings.
  • Ensure project documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible.
  • Implement and maintain project management best practices, methodologies, and tools (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.).
  • Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams for smooth project execution.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational standards and quality assurance processes.
  • Facilitate project reviews, post-mortems, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager or in a similar project leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, PMI / PMBOK).
  • Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Trello, Asana, etc.).
  • Solid knowledge of budgeting, resource planning, and risk management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Relevant certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, CSM, or PMI-ACP are highly desirable.
