Service Parts Executive

Role Description :

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Service Parts Executive located in Coimbatore. The Service Parts Executive will be responsible for managing customer service inquiries, handling service parts inventory, coordinating with the team, and ensuring seamless delivery of service parts. The candidate will be expected to provide exceptional customer service, manage records, and communicate effectively with both internal teams and external stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications :

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or r related field
• 2+ years of Experience in a commercial or passenger vehicle service environment

Location : Chettipalayam , coimbatore

Skills Required :

Proven ability to manage and control inventory efficiently.

Experience in sourcing, purchasing, and negotiating with suppliers. Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Ability to work collaboratively with service and maintenance teams.
