About the Role
We are looking for a motivated
Human Resource Intern
to join our HR team and support end-to-end recruitment processes. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in hiring, HR technology, and process automation while working closely with experienced HR professionals.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in
sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates
across various roles.
Coordinate with hiring managers and candidates for
interviews and assessments .
Maintain and update candidate databases, trackers, and reports.
Support the team in
ATS / HRMS implementation , data migration, and testing.
Brainstorm and contribute
ideas for HR process automation and improvement .
Ensure a smooth
candidate experience
by following up and communicating effectively.
Requirements
Pursuing
MBA / PGDM in HR
or any
Graduation stream
(for unpaid internships).
Interest in
Recruitment, HR Operations, and HR Technology .
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); exposure to HR tools is a plus.
Ability to multitask, work independently, and maintain confidentiality.
