Overview
We are seeking a highly organized, tech-savvy Shopify Store Manager to oversee the daily operations, growth, and performance of our online store. This role requires someone who understands e-commerce, product merchandising, conversions, customer experience, and Shopify backend management. You should be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to run the store like a profit-driven business.
Key Responsibilities Store Operations & Management
- Manage all daily operations of the Shopify store, including product uploads, inventory, pricing, and collections.
- Optimize product pages for SEO, conversions, mobile responsiveness, and brand consistency.
- Oversee order processing, fulfillment accuracy, shipping integration, and return / exchange workflows.
- Monitor site speed, functionality, broken links, and ensure a smooth customer journey.
Product & Merchandising
Create and update product listings with strong descriptions, photos, and variants.Manage seasonal collections, homepage banners, promotional campaigns, and product categorization.Coordinate with designers or content creators to ensure visuals and copy align with brand goals.Sales, Marketing & Growth
Implement discount codes, bundles, upsells, and A / B testing.Coordinate with marketing on ads, email campaigns, and product launches.Analyze sales trends, conversion rates, customer behavior, and propose improvements.Manage abandoned cart campaigns, retargeting workflows, and loyalty programs.Customer Support & Experience
Oversee customer inquiries via email / chat; respond professionally and quickly.Resolve issues related to orders, returns, sizing, and product information.Maintain high standards of communication to increase customer satisfaction and repeat purchases.Analytics & Reporting
Track KPIs including :Daily salesConversion rateAOV (Average Order Value)Customer acquisition cost (CAC)Inventory turnoverProvide weekly / monthly performance reports with actionable recommendations.Qualifications
Experience managing or assisting with Shopify stores (required).Strong understanding of e-commerce tools, Shopify apps, and analytics.Basic knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, social media, and digital marketing.Excellent communication, writing skills, and attention to detail.Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.Graphic design or Canva skills are a plus.What We Offer
