Experience Required : 12+ : Gurugram Timings : 12PM -9PM / 2PM -11 : 24x7 Support Type : Responsibilities :

  • Lead and manage 24x7 global infrastructure operations, ensuring end-to-end service delivery.
  • Mentor and guide a team of SME engineers across IT domains (Windows, Linux, Cloud, Networking, etc.
  • Act as process owner for Level 2 Support & Event Management; ensure ITIL process alignment (Incident, Problem, Change, Event).
  • Drive technical transitions and upskilling initiatives across infrastructure domains.
  • Provide technical and functional issue resolution; ensure minimal business disruption.
  • Identify gaps, propose corrective actions, and implement process improvements.
  • Maintain documentation of transitions and ensure effective knowledge transfer.
  • Prepare dashboards and reports to track KPIs and operational health.
  • Perform capacity planning, workload prioritization, and resource management.
  • Collaborate with Service Delivery, Engineering, and senior stakeholders to align IT services with business needs.
  • Support budgeting activities (OPEX & CAPEX) and contribute to IT strategy Expertise :
  • Infrastructure : Windows Server (20122019), Linux (RHEL / Ubuntu), Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, DFS, Microsoft 365.
  • Virtualization : VMware, Hyper-V, Citrix VDI, Horizon.
  • Cloud : Azure & AWS administration, Cloud architecture and migration experience.
  • Monitoring Tools : SolarWinds, Nagios, Datadog.
  • Security & Access : SSO, Okta, Microsoft MFA.
  • Patch Management : SCCM, WSUS.
  • Automation : Working knowledge of Ansible, Chef, Puppet.
  • ITSM Tools : ServiceNow strong understanding of ITIL practices.
  • Networking : Solid grasp of data center architecture, LAN / WAN, routers, switches, and interfaces.
  • Disaster Recovery : Understanding of BCP and DR solutions.
  • Reporting : Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite, KPI Skills :
  • Strong leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder management.
  • Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and decision-making skills.
  • Proven project management and planning abilities.
  • Critical thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
  • Business acumen with a focus on continuous improvement and service excellence.
