Job description

Roles and Responsibilities

Candidate Sourcing and Screening :

➢ Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and networking, to identify

potential candidates.

➢ Conduct thorough candidate screenings, including cold calling, interviews, to assess qualifications,

skills, and cultural fit.

➢ Maintain a robust candidate database and ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate records.

Client Engagement :

➢ Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and company

culture.

➢ Collaborate with clients to create comprehensive job specifications and understand the desired

candidate profiles.

Interview Coordination :

➢ Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients.

➢ Prepare candidates for interviews by providing relevant information about the company, culture, and

interview process.

Negotiation and Offer Management :

➢ Facilitate the negotiation process between clients and candidates, including salary and benefits

discussions.

➢ Manage the offer and acceptance process, ensuring a smooth transition from candidate selection to

onboarding.

Compliance and Documentation :

➢ Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.

➢ Maintain accurate and organized records of candidate and client interactions.

Performance Metrics :

Meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) related to placements, client satisfaction, and candidate

success. Generate allotted revenue target each month.

For Team Lead / Team Manager

➢ Achieving direct and team target of joining.

➢ Enhancing the team members performance & revenue generation every month

➢ Own the delivery of recruitment projects allocated to you and your team

➢ Creating a team of Recruiters. Ensure no. of internal team size is maintained

➢ Training the team on portals / recruitment process

➢ Managing a team effectively & improving their performance, focusing on achievement of their

monthly and quarterly targets, ensuring delivery and revenue generation

➢ Motivate team members and create an inspiring team environment
