Job Summary :
As a Sourcing and Procurement Consultant , you will lead and support procurement transformation initiatives for global clients, leveraging cutting-edge procurement technologies such as Coupa , Ivalua , Zycus , and Jaggaer . You will be responsible for designing and implementing end-to-end Source-to-Pay (S2P) solutions to optimize sourcing, procurement, and cost management processes across industries and geographies. The role involves collaborating with clients to understand their business requirements, implementing intelligent procurement solutions, and ensuring that solutions meet client expectations while driving strategic cost reduction.
Roles & Responsibilities :
Procurement Solution Design and Implementation :
- Deliver Sourcing and Procurement engagements focused on strategic cost reduction, sourcing optimization, and procurement transformation.
- Support the implementation of procurement solutions by gathering requirements, defining technical design, and creating test scenarios / scripts to ensure the solution meets the client's needs.
- Engage with clients to understand core Source-to-Pay (S2P) functionalities, participate in business process and requirements discussions , and develop tailored solutions using Ivalua, Coupa, Zycus , and Jaggaer platforms.
- Define and execute end-to-end S2P processes , covering category management, supplier management, sourcing, contracts, and invoice management.
- Design test scripts for configuration testing, create user manuals, and deliver training to clients on the implemented solutions.
- Develop and track S2P KPIs / metrics to assess the impact of implemented solutions and track post-implementation value.
Stakeholder and Project Management :
Work with application developers and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.Provide estimates to project managers regarding resource and work requirements for complex project components.Liaise with customers to ensure the successful delivery of the solution, meeting both business and technical needs.Support business development activities by responding to proposals, conducting demos / roadshows, managing staffing, and participating in asset development.Manage multiple stakeholder relationships to ensure alignment across the project lifecycle.Business Development and Strategy :
Assist in business case development for procurement transformation initiatives.Contribute to procurement transformation strategy by identifying areas for improvement and providing recommendations to optimize sourcing and procurement processes.Leverage data analytics to interpret and present procurement insights that drive decision-making and deliver client value.Participate in client presentations , roadshows, and proposal development to support business growth and strengthen client relationships.Professional & Technical Skills :
Must-Have Skills :
Proficiency in Sourcing and Procurement with hands-on experience using eProcurement tools such as Coupa , Ivalua , Zycus , and Jaggaer .Strong understanding of Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes including supplier management, sourcing, contracts, and procurement analytics.Data analytics expertise to interpret complex procurement data and generate actionable insights.Ability to define, design, and implement procurement transformation strategies for clients using advanced procurement technologies.Excellent problem-solving skills to identify and solve complex business challenges related to procurement.Good-to-Have Skills :
Experience in developing business cases for procurement solutions and transformation projects.Strong understanding of procurement analytics and the ability to develop and track S2P KPIs / metrics .Familiarity with cloud-based procurement solutions and the latest trends in digital procurement transformation .Soft Skills :
