Primary Responsibilities :

Test Automation Strategy & Framework Design

Design, develop, and execute end-to-end automated test cases for web applications

Integrate automated tests into CI / CD pipelines (e.g. GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps)

Defect Management & Reporting and able to train and mentor others

Conduct functional , regression , and performance testing of web applications

Identify, log, and track software defects, and work with teams to resolve issues

Analyze test results, report defects, and provide insights for product quality improvements

Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing strategies, frameworks, and best practices

Qualifications - External

Required Qualifications :

Required Playwright Automation Test Engineer with 3+ years of experience

Experience with test automation frameworks i.e Jest , Mocha, JUnit, or PyTest

Experience with test management tools (e.g., TestRail, Zephyr)

Experience in preparing test automation scripts using playwright

Experience with CI / CD pipeline setup, version control tools like Git and deployments using Git Hub actions

Expertise in Playwright with JavaScript / TypeScript

Solid understanding of web technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

Familiarity with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, REST Assured)

Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS)

Should be familiar with Agile project methodology and delivery

Familiar with Onshore-Offshore model

Solid analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills

Proven excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams

Preferred Qualifications :

Experience in Python language, Financial Domain Knowledge & Experience with Cucumber, SpecFlow, or similar

Exposure to AI / ML in testing or self-healing test frameworks
