About the role : As

Insurance Capabilities Lead – Analytics Consulting , you will be responsible for understanding, articulating, and showcasing Tiger Analytics’ capabilities in solving complex business problems across the Insurance Analytics Ecosystem – Data, AI, ML, Gen AI, Agentic AI. In doing so, being part of the Consulting team focused on Insurance capability development, you will collaborate with your colleagues working on different client programs, as well as technical teams comprising of AI & Engineering SMEs. You will support initiatives to create impactful solution documents and ‘point of views’ for Insurance Analytics use cases. On a typical work day, you could be doing one or more of the following :

Conduct interviews with project teams to understand high impact problems that are being solved through AI based solutions

Identify the solutions that can be developed as repeatable analytics approach for other clients

Translate the solution understanding to create Capability Artifacts (impactful decks, videos etc.) with a clear articulation of the offering and the value proposition

Design a plan to develop solutions demo / prototypes in collaboration with SMEs in AI & Engineering

Support the plan execution by demonstrating techno-functional consulting & stakeholder management capabilities

Collaborate with the Business Development team for creating solutions, PoVs for RFP responses

Contribute to organization building through Insurance domain training material development

Required Skills, Competencies & Experience :

Knowledge of ML / AI / Gen AI / Agentic AI techniques - when and why they are used and interpretation of results from a business viewpoint

In depth understanding of how analytics is used in decision making in one or more functional areas in the US Insurance industry – P&C, L&A or Healthcare Payer

Ability to translate high level business problems to an analytics problem statement

Ability to design analytics solution consisting of multiple Data Science and Engineering components

Ability to create impactful presentations leveraging the appropriate frameworks for presenting information

Experience in stakeholder management, driving project governance, and linking analytics to business value delivered

Excellent presentation and communication skills

8+ years of experience in analytics consulting & delivery

MBA from reputed institute preferred
