CX / Product Leader

to build and scale their freelancer engagement ecosystem.

The Opportunity

This is a

mission-critical leadership role

where you’ll act as the “CEO of freelancers” within the company. You’ll be responsible for building processes, playbooks, and platforms from scratch that freelancers love – driving adoption, retention, and engagement at scale.

What You’ll Do

Own the freelancer lifecycle : onboarding → engagement → retention.

Combine

product strategy + operational execution .

Manage P&L, growth bottlenecks, and overall freelancer experience.

Lead and mentor a small, high-performing team.

Use data and feedback to drive decisions and fast iterations.

What We’re Looking For

5+ years

in fast-growth startups, ideally in product + operations.

Strong academic pedigree (IIT / IIM / ISB or equivalent).

Startup DNA – thrives in ambiguity, bias for action.

Data-driven, customer-first mindset.

High energy, ownership, and hunger to build at scale.

Location & Culture

Bengaluru (work from office, 6 days / week)

Some flexibility with WFH can be considered.
