Metaverse Developer Interview Panelist

About the Role :

We are hiring an experienced Freelance Interview Panelist to support our recruitment process for a Metaverse Developer . This freelance role is ideal for a senior developer or technical architect with deep experience in XR, Unity / Unreal, 3D environments, blockchain integration, or Web3 technologies .

You will collaborate with our hiring team by interviewing candidates, testing their technical expertise, and giving objective hiring recommendations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Participate in live, remote interviews with shortlisted candidates.
• Evaluate candidates practical knowledge in areas like 3D asset integration, virtual environments, Unity / Unreal development, VR / AR, and blockchain / Web3 integrations .
• Ask practical, scenario-based questions and assess project portfolio depth.
• Provide detailed, structured feedback and hiring recommendations post-interview.
• Assist in refining interview questions or candidate evaluation rubrics if needed.
