Experience : Min 5 Year of Experience in End to End Non IT Recruitment Process

Salary : 6 lpa - 7 lpa

Job Role :

• Handle end-to-end recruitment.
• Source and screen candidates through multiple platforms.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Build and maintain a candidate pipeline.
• Manage offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and MIS reports.
• Ensure good candidate experience.
• Support employer branding activities.
• Follow recruitment policies and compliance.
• Communicate effectively with candidates and stakeholders.
