Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telecaller / Customer Support Executive located in Bengaluru. The role involves daily interaction with potential and existing clients, addressing inquiries, providing assistance, delivering exceptional customer service, and ensuring client satisfaction. Responsibilities also include maintaining records of customer interactions, resolving complaints, and collaborating with team members to enhance customer engagement and experience.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, fluent in English and local languages, with an ability to build rapport with clients
• Customer service skills, including addressing client concerns and maintaining professionalism
• Proficiency in handling CRM systems and basic computer operations
• Organizational and multitasking abilities to manage customer interactions effectively
• Experience in real estate or related industries is a plus
• A proactive and positive attitude with strong problem-solving skills
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is preferred
