Operations Director

You will serve as the key liaison between our clients and internal technical teams, driving conversations, prioritizing tasks, identifying improvement areas in ongoing solutions, and ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and effectively.

• Lead client communication to ensure clear understanding of requirements, updates, and deliverables
• Drive project discovery, scoping, and execution for data analytics, AI, CRM, and digital transformation projects
• Translate client needs into actionable plans for technical teams
• Proactively identify risks and resolve blockers to ensure timely delivery
• Prioritize and assign tasks, ensuring team alignment and accountability
• Review solution designs and suggest optimizations based on industry best practices
• Maintain project documentation, status updates, and reporting dashboards
• Drive continuous improvement by analyzing feedback, metrics, and team retrospectives

This role requires 2-5 years of experience in program or project management in tech consulting or product teams. Data analytics, AI / ML, and CRM platform expertise is essential. Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills are also required.

A Bachelor's degree is necessary; a Master's or PhD in Project Management, Business, or related field is preferred.
