Senior Manager, ZICC Manfacturing lead

Position Purpose

The purpose of this role is to act as the primary liaison between the Global ERP Sr Product Owner Manufacturing and ZICC ERP Manufacturing. The role ensures the alignment of SAP Manufacturing initiatives with business objectives. Additionally, the role facilitates updates and strategic discussions with senior leadership and ensures the seamless communication between business stakeholders and technical teams for the execution of the product roadmap. The position is also responsible for supporting the Global ERP Sr Product Owner Manufacturing in developing and implementing SAP Manufacturing products and strategies.

ResponsibilityPercent of Time Act as a bridge between Business and technical teams. 10% Work closely with business stakeholders, audit partners, and other IT teams to deliver robust and compliant SAP Manufacturing solutions. 30% Responsible for meeting KPI targets, drive towards continuous improvement, and automation. 30% Build and lead the SAP Manufacturing organization within ZICC. 30%

Organizational Relationships

Provide the primary groups or key positions that this position will interact with as a regular part of the position responsibilities. Include any external interactions as appropriate.

• Collaborate closely to align on Manufacturing ERP strategy, product roadmaps, and deliverables.
• Manufacturing business leaders' partnership to ensure ERP solutions meet the evolving needs of Manufacturing operations and support strategic business objectives.
• Work with other ZICC leaders to maintain alignment on center goals, staffing strategies, and cross-functional initiatives.
• Ensure integration and alignment of Manufacturing ERP systems with broader digital transformation initiatives.
• Lead the SAP Manufacturing team at ZICC, providing direction, mentorship, and performance management to achieve team objectives and professional growth.

Resources Managed

Financial Accountability : This role will be accountable for managing related DTAP-approved project budgets, forecasting, and delivering within those forecasts.

Supervision : This role will have 5-7 direct reports .
