As a Manual QA Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of complex software products. You will define testing strategies, execute test plans, and collaborate closely with product teams to detect and resolve issues early. Accountabilities

• Define end-to-end test strategies and processes for multiple software products, recommending appropriate testing tools.
• Plan, execute, and document manual testing to ensure products meet specifications and quality standards.
• Investigate product quality issues and work collaboratively to resolve them efficiently.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement QA best practices and promote quality awareness.
• Engage with clients to understand requirements, define quality expectations, and provide feedback.
• Track, report, and maintain comprehensive test documentation and quality metrics.
• Support the team in continuous improvement initiatives and knowledge sharing.
