Job Description :
- Assist in monitoring and managing resource utilization across multiple projects and departments.
- Maintain resource allocation records and ensure data accuracy in resource management systems.
- Coordinate with department leads to identify current and future staffing needs.
- Support in forecasting resource demand and resolving resource conflicts.
- Help prepare reports on resource availability, usage, and performance metrics.
- Facilitate onboarding and offboarding of project resources.
- Communicate regularly with project managers to understand staffing and capacity challenges.
- Ensure alignment between resource availability and project requirements.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in resource planning processes.
