Position Overview :

We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Human Capital Executive to join our team during the night shift (8 : 30 PM to 5 : 30 AM). We are specifically looking for female candidates who are passionate about HR and dedicated to supporting our diverse workforce.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, documentation, and offboarding.
• Handle policy making, HR documentation, and ensure smooth implementation across departments.
• Ensure compliance with Labour Laws, PF, and ESI regulations.
• Oversee performance appraisals, evaluations, and employee grievance handling.
• Maintain HRMS / HR software and ensure accurate employee record keeping.
• Prepare and present HR reports, data analysis, and insights to management for decision-making.
• Drive employee engagement, retention, and culture initiatives
• Support in payroll coordination and statutory record management.
