(Urgent Search) Product Manager

Job Summary

As a member of the Product Management team, you’ll get a chance to build innovative e-payment products for the B2C and also for rewards & recognition industry and beyond through a deep understanding of our platform capabilities applied to real-world scenarios. You’ll be responsible for turning research into full-fledged products and will work closely with the business development, engineering, and research teams to deeply understand the problem space and define compelling products.

At YOUGotaGift, you’ll be joining a team that works directly with leading brands & corporates in the MENA region. Our mission is to think big and go beyond what’s possible today to deliver competitive R&R products. This person will facilitate complex problem solving, while collaborating with other product managers, designers, digital & social media marketers and engineers to deliver beautiful, world-class experiences. They will work closely and mentor others within the product team.

Responsibilities

• Drive product-strategy and roadmaps
• Own and prioritize project plan, driving multi-functional teams in realizing customer value based on data insights
• Translate business and user requirements into engineering product requirement documents
• Collaborate with engineers to define detailed functional specs to align the team on what we are delivering, and what success looks like
• High touch managing epics and user stories within JIRA keeping deep prioritized backlogs maximizing teams effectiveness
• Manage, develop, and lead high-performing project teams, collaborating across research, engineering and business development to deliver world-class e-commerce products
