Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Indirect Procurement Specialist to lead sourcing strategies, vendor management, and cost optimization across non-core spend categories. This role plays a critical part in ensuring cost-efficiency, compliance, and scalability.

Some Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Indirect Procurement : Manage the full lifecycle of indirect procurement – from market analysis, supplier identification, tendering, negotiation, contracting, and performance monitoring.
• Category Management : Develop and execute procurement strategies across all indirect categories.
• Vendor Management : Establish and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure service delivery, performance KPIs, and cost optimization.
• Contract Management : Draft, review, and negotiate contracts in alignment with internal legal and compliance policies.
• Stakeholder Collaboration : Work cross-functionally with internal departments to understand needs, support strategic sourcing, and ensure service continuity.
• Sustainability & Compliance : Ensure all procurement practices adhere to ESG, sustainability, and compliance standards relevant to the renewable energy sector.
• Cost & Spend Analysis : Drive cost savings through data-driven spend analysis and supplier consolidation.
• ERP & Tools Usage : Proficient use of procurement modules in SAP.
