- Proficiency in sourcing profiles using job portals, social media platforms, and professional network.
- Strong ability to screen candidates and ensure alignment with the job requirements.
- Experience in managing advertisements on various hiring portals.
- Proven expertise in handling middle-level and senior -level hiring cross multiple verticals.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with candidates and hiring teams.
- Strong organizational skills to coordinate with interview panels and recruitment managers.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Source and identify potential candidates using multiple channels, including portals, social media and professional network.Conduct initial screenings to evaluate candidate quality and suitability.Effectively communicate job recruitments to candidates and provide them relevant details.Manage job advertisements and postings on various recruitment platforms.Handle middle- level and senior- level hiring needs across different domains and verticals.Oversee end -to -end recruitment processes for IT and Non-IT roles.Coordinate interview schedules with technical and non- technical panels, as well as recruitment mangers or directors.Skills Required
