Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment for clinical and non-clinical roles within our fertility centre. The ideal candidate has a strong background in healthcare hiring, excels in relationship-building, and thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruiting for positions including nurses, medical assistants, patient coordinators, administrative staff, and leadership roles.
- Partner closely with department leaders to understand staffing needs and develop effective hiring strategies.
- Source, screen, and evaluate qualified candidates using job boards, social platforms, recruitment databases, and proactive outreach.
- Conduct initial interviews and coordinate interview logistics with hiring managers.
- Maintain compliance with healthcare hiring regulations, credentialing requirements, and organisational policies.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future roles.
- Represent the fertility centre at career fairs, professional conferences, and recruiting events.
- Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) workflows and maintain accurate documentation.
- Support on-boarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes and employer branding.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).2–5+ years of recruiting experience , with a strong preference for healthcare recruitment .Experience hiring in speciality clinics, fertility / OB-GYN practices, or hospitals is a plus.Strong understanding of healthcare roles, credentialing, and industry compliance requirements.Excellent communication, relationship management, and organisational skills.Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-moving environment.Proficiency with ATS platforms and sourcing tools ( Recruiter, Indeed, etc.).Preferred Skills
Familiarity with reproductive medicine or women’s health fields.Experience developing recruitment marketing strategies or employer branding initiatives.Bilingual abilities (preferred but not required).
