Job Summary :

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Freight Broker to join our logistics team in our office at Gurgaon, Haryana. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing freight shipments, building relationships with carriers and shippers, and ensuring timely and cost-effective transportation solutions. This role requires strong negotiation skills, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of the logistics and transportation industry.

Key Responsibilities :

• Source and secure carriers to move freight in a timely and cost-effective manner.
• Negotiate rates with carriers and customers to maximize profitability.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with shippers, carriers, and other logistics partners.
• Track and monitor shipments to ensure on-time delivery and resolve any issues that arise.
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions, including load details, carrier agreements, and billing.
• Use transportation management systems (TMS) to manage loads and documentation.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the shipping process.

Qualifications :

a degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is a plus.

Preferred Skills :

Experience : Minimum 1 Year to 5 years
