About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and proactive Land Sales Executive with strong negotiation and client-handling skills. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, conducting site visits, and closing deals for land / property sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify potential buyers and actively generate new leads through networking, referrals, and field visits
- Manage the complete sales cycle – from enquiry to closing the deal
- Conduct property / site visits and provide complete information regarding the land
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide excellent customer support
- Understand client needs and provide suitable property options
- Coordinate documentation and ensure smooth transaction process
- Maintain regular follow-ups and update sales data in CRM or reports
- Represent the company professionally during meetings and events
- Requirements & Skills
- Experience in real estate sales (land sales experience preferred)
- Strong communication, negotiation & convincing skills
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to work on-field
- Good understanding of real estate market trends
- Ability to build and nurture strong client relationships.
