Greenway Health is seeking a hands-on Software Architect for our RCM division, who is a self-starter with a passion to solve challenging and complex problems. The candidate will work with both Product Management and Engineering / Development organization in designing highly scalable, cloud solutions in an agile environment.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Collaborating with various stakeholders & business owners
- Gathering early functional and non-functional requirements.
- Choosing a technology stack.
- Effective collaboration with leadership team in defining & prioritizing roadmaps, Estimating & planning of large projects.
- Planning, Estimation & adherence to schedule & scope
- Delivering a high-level architectural design.
- Creating & presenting proof of concepts & prototypes
- Address potential risks and constraints.
- Provide detailed architectural blueprints.
- Prove solution’s viability.
- Setting quality & security standards.
- Change management.
- Development team mentoring.
- Technical debt ownership & further architecture specification
- Testing and deployment supervision.
- Production support.
- Release management.
- Drive organizational goals, KPIs & Net Promoter Scores.

Skills & Requirements
Education and Experience
Experience with AWS services for building and deploying scalable applications in the cloud.Experience in migrating on-prem solutions to AWS Cloud.Experience working with both monolithic & microservices architecture.Experience using GenAI toolsNice to have : US Healthcare domain experience Experience working with Rhapsody, MIRTH & CorePointSkills, Knowledge and Abilities
Proficiency in designing scalable, secure, and efficient system architectures that meet business needs.Deep knowledge in programming languages such as C#, JavaScript etc.Deep Understanding of database management and design, including relational and NoSQL databases, to ensure data integrity, efficiency & performance.Deep Understanding of CI / CD & DevOps principles and tools to improve collaboration, software quality, and delivery speed.Tackling complex technical challenges and finding innovative solutionsClearly communicating with team members and explaining technical concepts to stakeholdersGuiding development teams, making architectural decisions, and mentoring junior staffVisionary thinking & anticipating future technology trends and aligning architectural strategies accordingly.Adaptability to changing technologies, project requirements & priorities.Multi-taskingTechnical Skills :C# .NET Framework AngularJS Amazon Web Services (AWS) SQL Databases : MS-SQL, MySQL, Postgres & NoSQL databases Microservices, Docker, Kubernetes Management Tools : Jira, Salesforce CI / CD Tools : Jenkins, GitHub Architecture & Design
