This role focuses on acquiring and managing Ultra-High-Net-Worth Individuals (UHNI) and corporate relationships across India. It requires deep expertise in relationship management, strategic advisory, and financial solutions , with the ability to deliver exceptional service and build long-term strategic partnerships. The position plays a pivotal role in driving business growth for a rapidly scaling platform.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
1. Relationship Management
- Build, nurture, and strengthen relationships with UHNI clients, family offices, and corporate entities.
- Develop trust-based partnerships with decision-makers and stakeholders within UHNI and corporate groups.
- Deliver personalized, high-quality service tailored to clients’ financial needs and aspirations.
2. Investment Management
Understand the full suite of financial products and investment management solutions.Create customized, high-value portfolios aligned with client goals and market conditions.Regularly review, monitor, and optimize portfolios to ensure performance and client satisfaction.3. Strategic Sales & Cross-Selling
Identify opportunities for cross-selling and referrals across investment management products.Expand client portfolios and deepen client engagement.4. Team Collaboration & Leadership
Work closely with internal teams, including Fund Managers, Product Specialists, and Operations, to deliver holistic client solutions.5. Business Development & Networking
Proactively explore new business opportunities and build a pipeline of UHNI and corporate clients.Leverage networks, referrals, and industry relationships to grow client coverage.Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory updates, and market dynamics to provide relevant, timely advice.Desired Profile
Education
MBA from a premier business school or Chartered Accountant (CA).10+ years of relevant experience.Experience & Skills
Proven track record in managing UHNI and corporate relationships within Wealth Management, Asset Management, or Corporate Banking .Strong, established network with UHNIs, family offices, and corporate decision-makers across India.In-depth understanding of financial products, asset classes, and investment strategies.Ability to simplify complex financial concepts into clear, actionable client advice.Entrepreneurial mindset with high energy, self-motivation, and resilience in fast-paced environments.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Strategic thinker with the ability to build long-term, value-driven relationships .Core Skills
